The study available below, commissioned by the Scottsdale Cultural Council and produced by Webb Management Services, Inc., represents the first phase in a multi-tiered project to develop a long-term Cultural Facilities Master Plan for the City of Scottsdale. The goal of this initial phase was to survey and evaluate the existing local landscape of cultural facilities and identify possible areas where new or improved facilities could support unmet programmatic needs. 

Based on the data collected and input from many local stakeholders, this report identifies a number of potential initiatives for further study, and the next phase will be to prioritize and assess the feasibility of those potential projects for further development. This second phase will commence in fall 2010 with the commencement of two feasibility studies for those projects deemed to have the highest strategic priority.
