The Scottsdale Cultural Council, a private non-profit 501(c)(3) management organization, administers the arts and cultural affairs of the City of Scottsdale, Arizona and manages the Scottsdale Center for the Arts, Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art and the Scottsdale Public Art Program.
Protecting your privacy is important to the Scottsdale Cultural Council, the Scottsdale Center for the Arts, the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art and the Scottsdale Public Art Program (collectively, the "SCC"). This Privacy Policy explains how SCC collects, uses, and discloses the personal information you may provide while using SCC's Web Site.

indicate that you would like to receive email from SCC, then SCC may send to
you, from time to time, email or other communications containing information
about SCC and other matters it believes will interest you. At any time you may
ask SCC to stop sending you email and other information by contacting
privacy@sccarts.org. From time to time, SCC may also send you email
containing important information regarding the Web Site, which you may not opt
out of receiving.

information to create aggregate tracking information reports regarding Web Site
user demographics and the use of the Web Site, and then provide those reports to
others. None of the tracking information in the reports can be connected to the
identities or other personal information of individual users. SCC also may link

be involved in the sale or transfer of some or all of its business. As
part of that sale or transfer, SCC may disclose your personal information
to the acquiring organization, but will require the acquiring organization
to agree to protect the privacy of your personal information in a manner
that is consistent with this Policy. If at any time you do not wish
SCC to disclose your personal information as part of the sale or transfer
of some or all of its business, please notify SCC at

(iii) Law Enforcement and Legal Disclosure - SCC
may disclose your personal information to a government institution that
has asserted its lawful authority to obtain the information or where SCC
has reasonable grounds to believe the information could be useful in the
investigation of unlawful activity, or to comply with a subpoena or
warrant or an order made by a court, person or body with jurisdiction to
compel the production of information, or to comply with court rules
regarding the production of records and information, or to their legal
counsel.
(iv) Third Party Vendors on the Website - Credit
card information entered onto our website for ticket or other purchases
may be on web pages operated by third parties, such as
tickets.com.
Information entered on such pages are subject to the privacy policies of
those third parties, which policies may differ from ours. SCC has no
responsibility or liability for or control over those other third parties
or their collection, use and disclosure of your personal information. You
should review the privacy policies of these third parties to understand
how they collect and use information.

confidentiality of your personal information, SCC employs security safeguards
appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Nevertheless, due to the
